Rental fee:

The rent for 2 people is 100 euros per night and each additional person pays 10 euros per night.

(We are small business owners according to § 19 UStG.)

Children up to 3 years do not pay rent and are welcome like all children.

The rent includes all utilities, such as electricity, gas & television.

Final cleaning included.

Arrival and departure times:

Arrival: from 3 p.m. Departure until 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations:

100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
