1. General

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

The garbage must be disposed of by the tenant in the existing containers.

The number of people living in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties, events or similar events are not permitted.

2. Conclusion of the rental contract

The rental contract is concluded by the written booking confirmation or by email.

With the conclusion of the rental contract, the general terms and conditions are recognized.

In the event of serious violations of the general terms and conditions, the landlord has the right to terminate the contract without notice.

3. Terms of payment

Payment of the rental price is made in advance by bank transfer.

Unfortunately, EC and credit cards cannot be accepted as payment on site.

4. Internet use

Internet use is permitted as long as it does not violate the statutory provisions. Criminal acts (in particular illegal downloads, page views) are reported and prosecuted. The guest is solely responsible for illegal use of the Internet.
